I received an email from the case worker this morning. She'd obvious not even opened the case to even look that we had gotten our fingerprints done. She did know our fingerprint app't was 10/20 though. I brought her up to speed and asked about timing.
At least having a case worker is a necessary step and she's responded... so that is progress.
